At Homewood Timber Mouldings, we take great care in the quality and preparation of every piece. As our products are crafted from natural materials and prepared to order, we encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing.
Change of Mind
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If you’re unsure about a product, we’re always happy to assist prior to purchase.
Order Inspection
We kindly ask that all items are inspected at the time of collection to ensure they meet your expectations.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your order is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of collection.
To assist with your enquiry, we may request photos and order details. Where an issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Returns
As our products are prepared for each order, we are unable to accept returns once items have left our warehouse, unless previously approved.
Collection & Delivery
All products are available for warehouse pick-up. Delivery can be arranged upon request and is subject to quotation.
